Furniture & Large Items: Shipping for larger furniture items or bulkier electronics may have an additional fee based on the delivery area and item size. Electronics: Standard shipping fees apply to electronics, and charges are determined at checkout. 3. Processing Time In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items typically process within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Custom or Backordered Items: If your item is custom-made or out of stock, please expect a processing time of 5-7 business days. You will be notified of any delays and expected delivery timelines. 4. Delivery time varies depending on location, but is typically 7-14 business days. Please note: delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. 5. Delivery Process Furniture & Large Items: For larger items, our delivery service will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. Electronics: Smaller electronic items will be delivered by standard courier services and can typically be left at your door, depending on the shipping method chosen. 6. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you with the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund. 7. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website for updates on its delivery status. 8.
